Neapolitan Pizza at Pizzeria GG, Kamakura

Pizzeria GG is a Neapolitan-style pizzeria in Yuigahama, near the Geba intersection and about an eight-minute walk from Kamakura Station.

Its pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven built by craftspeople brought over from Naples—a little taste of Italy during a day exploring Kamakura.

When I visited in 2017, the weekday lunch included a pizza, a drink and a dolce. It was an inviting option for a lunch break between walks around town.
